The location is absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of everything but in a quiet area. The staff, especially Violetta, were super-nice and incredibly helpful. The newly renovated hotel felt like a cozy home and the room was spacious and comfortable. The AC kept us cool during a heatwave and the breakfast was delicious. a jaw-dropping experience!

Great location and excellent value for money. We had a newly renovated and clean one bedroom apartment just around the corner from the hotel. This apartment would be fantastic for longer stays as it had all the facilities you would want.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Natural! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited parking and spotty Wi-Fi, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I had a great experience at Hotel Natural and would definitely stay here again.

Basil was a bit over the top but he means well. Go with a sense of humour and you will have a great time. For example, we 'booked' our cold breakfast at 0830 and at 0837 Basil was on the phone saying 'breakfast now' :)

Well located Hotel to all aspects of Brasov. Very intimate, immaculately clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. A very lovely and convenient place to stay. This is a boutique hotel, more a pensione that a usual hotel and that is what makes it special.

Free wifi, great breakfast, central location, outstanding staff. Spacious, cool room with portable AC. Only 6 min walk to city center, main square, and restaurants. Beautiful view of Mount Tampa, 10 min walk to cable car. Pretty room design, flowers in windows, free parking at entrance. Friendly and helpful people. Receptionist prepared early breakfast for us.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to all the major attractions including the beautiful old town and popular restaurants. the rooms are elegant and spacious, with clean bathrooms and comfortable bedding. the helpful staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, and the breakfast offers a decent variety of fresh options. Plus, the stunning view of the mountains from some rooms is a wonderful added bonus.

Parking might be a problem as it is on a narrow street.

The hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms, and a big bathroom. It is located right in the centre of the Brasov old town, at 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and very near the main touristic attractions of the city.

We loved the location near the square. Also the apartmentis a very nice size. All the rooms were newly done.

You had to park on the street.IIf you did not have the apartment the rooms were very small. but it is a pensione type hotel so to be expected.

The location is excellent , very close to the central square , but still a quite street. The breakfast is very good and the staff support us in any queation we had. The are very clean and were renovated in a high standard.
